Publish once and RNKD fills your bracket with players who've already paid. Check-in kills no-shows, every score is confirmed by you, and disputes land in one tidy queue — not a group chat.
Sport, format, teams, entry fee — eight steps on your phone. Your card goes live to every player nearby, and a spot isn't held until it's paid.
Players sign your waiver in the app, and that unlocks the check-in code they show at the court. You set every result from courtside, and the bracket moves on.
Paid entry and confirmed results bring the same crews back every weekend — your event becomes the one that counts.
Every spot is paid at registration — no cash box, no chasing anyone at the court. RNKD's service fee is paid by players on top of your entry fee, so you receive the full entry fee you set, 7 days after the event. Prize money is separate: you advertise the pool and pay the winners yourself.
Paying is what holds a spot, so every team on your roster has already paid. Each player signs the event waiver in the app — it unlocks their check-in code — and unsigned waivers float to the top of your list.
You set every result yourself, so the bracket never stalls on an argument at the court. If a team questions something after the tournament, it lands in your dispute queue and you settle it there.
Single & double elimination, round robin, Swiss, or groups into a knockout — seed by rank in one tap so round one is fair.
Every player nearby sees your card — entry, format, prize, spots left. Paid registration means the roster you see is the crowd that shows up.
| Format | How it works | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Single elimination | Lose once and you’re out. Optional 3rd place match. | Short days, big fields, few courts |
| Double elimination | Lose twice and you’re out. Includes a losers bracket. | Guaranteeing every team 2+ matches |
| Round robin | Everyone plays everyone. | Small fields |
| Groups → single or double elim | Round robin inside groups, then the top 2 from each group advance to a knockout. | The classic “pool play then bracket” day |
| Swiss | Teams play a set number of rounds against teams with similar records. No one is eliminated early. Run it as a league on its own, or cut to single or double elimination. | 10+ teams where you want everyone to play several matches |
With Swiss, you can also split the cut into up to four parallel brackets (for example, Red Bracket for the top 8 and Blue Bracket for 9–16), so every team keeps playing meaningful matches. RNKD adds a 15% service fee on top of your entry fee, and players pay it. Nothing comes out of your side: the entry fee you set is what you receive, sent through Stripe 7 days after the event.
Yes. On RNKD, teams register and pay the entry fee in the app, and a spot is only held once it's paid. You receive your entry fees through Stripe after the event. Volleyball 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 6v6 are all supported, on beach, grass, or indoor courts.
Nothing. On paid events, RNKD's 15% service fee is added on top of the entry fee you set and is paid by players, so you receive your full entry fee. Free events have no fee.
Once the event is complete and a 7-day hold passes, your entry fees are sent to the payout account you set up in the app through Stripe.
Yes. Free events work the same way, minus payments. Matches at free events don't count toward players' ranks.
Yes. Choose groups into single or double elimination. Teams play round robin inside their group, and the top 2 from each group advance.
Yes. Run Swiss as a standalone league, or cut to a single or double elimination bracket after the league rounds. You choose the number of rounds, or a win/loss threshold, and how many teams advance.
Players sign the event waiver in the app, which unlocks a check-in code. You scan it at the venue.
Every event uses RNKD's waiver template. You fill in your own details, such as the parties and the facility, and every player signs it in the app before they can check in. Custom waiver text isn't supported.
You do. Because the organizer is the scorekeeper, you can't also play in your own event.
After the event, players can file a report for up to 7 days. You review and resolve it in your dashboard, and it can be escalated to RNKD if needed.
Yes. You can remove an entry during registration (they're refunded in full), disqualify an entry, remove a player from a roster, and ban someone from your event.
Yes. Registration, payment, waivers, check-in, and the live bracket all live in the app, which is free on iOS and Android. Your share link works in any browser and sends people to install it.
